Tuna tartar sauce | Porcini Mushroom & Candied Lemon Seasoning
For 4 people :
- 250g tuna fillet
- 150g of shallots
- 1/3 of a bunch of chives
- Olive oil
- 1 Candied Lemon Carving Seasoning
- 1 Seasoning to cut Cep sauce
- Some sesame seeds
- Mix a piece of Candied Lemon Sharpening Seasoning in the olive oil, add the finely chopped shallots and chopped herbs.
- Cut the raw tuna into small cubes (about 0.5cm)
- Mix the tuna with the first mixture and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Arrange the tuna, decorate with sprigs of herbs, cut into shavings of Porcini Sauce Trimming Seasoning and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Taste!
