For 4 people:

Simple recipe Tuna tartare

  1. Blend a piece of "Assaisonnement à tailler crayon Citron confit" in olive oil, add finely chopped shallots and chopped herbs.
  2. Cut the raw tuna into small cubes (about 0.5cm).
  3. Mix the tuna with the first mixture and let marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Plate the tuna, decorate with herb sprigs, cut shavings of "Assaisonnement à tailler Sauce Cèpe" and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Enjoy!
