
Recipe for Tuna Tartare & Preserved Lemon / Porcini Mushroom
For 4 people:
- 250g of tuna fillet.
- 150g of shallots.
- 1/3 of a bunch of chives.
- Olive oil
- 1 stick of Preserved Lemon Seasoning
- 1 "crayon alimentaire" Cèpe.
- A few sesame seeds.
- Blend a piece of "Assaisonnement à tailler crayon Citron confit" in olive oil, add finely chopped shallots and chopped herbs.
- Cut the raw tuna into small cubes (about 0.5cm).
- Mix the tuna with the first mixture and let marinate for 1 hour.
- Plate the tuna, decorate with herb sprigs, cut shavings of "Assaisonnement à tailler Sauce Cèpe" and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
