
Recipe for Tzatzíki & Preserved Lemon
For 4 people:
- 375g of fromage blanc
- 5 sprigs of dill
- 1 yellow lemon
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 stick of Preserved Lemon Seasoning
- Mix the fromage blanc with the lemon zest.
- Peel and seed the cucumber.
- Cut the cucumber into 1 cm cubes.
- Chop the dill.
- Mix everything together and add the spoonful of cream cheese.
- Serve with lightly toasted bread and shavings of a preserved lemon peel.
