Recipe for Tzatzíki & Preserved Lemon

For 4 people:

 

 

    1. Mix the fromage blanc with the lemon zest.
    2. Peel and seed the cucumber.
    3. Cut the cucumber into 1 cm cubes.
    4. Chop the dill.
    5. Mix everything together and add the spoonful of cream cheese.
    6. Serve with lightly toasted bread and shavings of a preserved lemon peel.
